Very easily explained it’s called speed brakes. The refuelers is slowing down to match the speed of the plane about to refuel their strikes on the top of the wings that lift up creating a disturbance in the airflow so sorry not chemtrails

Just got buzzed by two F15s while I was driving south on US93 driving back to Vegas. I heard a loud noise and thought I was being overtaken by a sport bike. Turns out it was an F15 flying by at my 9 O’Clock. He was really low, looked like only 100 to 200 ft away. Those guys are having too much fun.
